The best way to bring in qualified potential buyer is through other REALTORS®.
Over 63% of buyers found their home through their REALTOR®! This is why it is so important to advertise your beautiful pictures on MLXchange!
We will also send out an e-flyer to all of the local REALTORS® who specialize in YOUR area, and to all of the Agents at my brokerage! Your home will be previewed by hundreds of realtors immediately!
This is also why pricing your house correctly is so important. REALTORS® know the value of homes in certain areas and will make quick judgments on the price of you home that will affect whether or not they will bring their buyers.
Community Advertising
Around 13% of buyers come from connections through friends or neighbors of the seller! Some want to move up to a bigger home without leaving the community, and some want family or friends to be able to live closer to them – whatever the reason, they were the instigators of a successful sale.
How do we target this group of potential buyers? Lawn signs, newspaper and real estate magazine ads and community “Just Listed” mail out cards are all ways we plan to advertise your home to this demographic.
