After all of the work that you have put into your home to make it ready to sell – it must be shown off in its best light! Everyday many homes get passed over online by buyers and on MLS by realtors because the pictures are unimpressive. Also, there are only 8 photos allowed on the MLS system – and buyers want to see more than that!
With my marketing system, I will provide a professional photography session at my expense.
These 40+ photos will be on my website, and linked from the MLS.ca, the realtor only MLS system and the brochures, feature sheets and advertising we will create for YOU.We will also include interactive Virtual Tours online for buyers to preview your house looking its best.
